Fully Automatic PE Shrink Packaging Line and Automatic Packing Line with 15 Pcs/Min Speed for Carton Sealing

The ZRB-800GE sealing machine and the ZRN-6050SL shrink tunnel are supplied together as one fully automatic PE high-speed packaging line. An industrial PLC coordinates a servo-driven infeed mechanism and a single servo sealing unit, so cartons are fed, sealed and shrunk without manual handling, at a stable output of 15 pcs per minute.

The line is mainly used for automatic sealing of cartons and shrink packaging. It solves the problems that commonly appear during the logistics process, such as carton damage, water soaking and goods scattering.

• Servo-controlled infeed and sealing — an industrial PLC servo control line with servo motor controlled feeding and single servo sealing delivers fast, stable and consistent carton flow.
• Firm, clean sealing — beautiful appearance and firmly sealed edges; film release uses a rolling film and film gripping structure, so the film does not run off centre or curl, and sealing is not easy to break.
• Servo waste take-up — waste collection adopts a mechanical expansion shaft with servo control, giving accurate positioning and preventing waste film from being pulled loose.
• Air duct circulation system — the shrink tunnel air duct is large and delivers even hot air, so products are heated uniformly and the shrink result is tight and wrinkle-free.
• Dual side belt carton sealer — the sealing machine is driven by belts on both sides; when the specification changes, the sealing width and height are adjusted automatically.

Suitable for cartons of 150×150×100mm to 550×450×450mm used in e-commerce warehousing, household goods, hardware, food and beverage, daily chemicals and general export packing lines. PE, POF and PVC shrink films are all supported.
